The Scoop
When New and Used Record launched on January 1, 2006, it was simply a music blog. Since that time it has grown to include a series of podcasts and a record company. The focus of this blog has shifted recently to making sense of all the aspects of pop culture that fascinate us to no end. Each day, a different aspect is looked at theoretically (and often critically) and then supplemented with a series of movie trailers, music videos and television clips.
